Can I see the process of my unfinished custom order…?
Absolutely not. This is not only a distraction, but it slows down the production time for all of our customers. This is not a nursery in which you are trying to check upon your children, your item(s) are in good hands, and we want to ensure that all of our customers are able to get their completed item(s) back to them on time. This ultimate request is why we take the additional time for the 48 hour gap period after you initially place your order to request all the details that you desire. However, when we are finished your product, there are those who wish to see their item(s) before we ship them off, and that is fine, but you must let us know that because we still have those who want to ultimately be surprised when they finally receive their item(s).
