Chaos is a mild understatement for what this custom hot pink low top retro Jordan 11s became. I split this custom Kel Kelz releases into two separate articles because it’s necessary as an ARTrepreneur that my brand is represented honestly. I am an entrepreneur first, and an artist second – both best simultaneously. I say that, like that, and in that order because when it allz come down to it, nobody cares how creative you are if your business is not in order.
I’m greatly appreciative for the support that I receive from my family on my artistic journey to greatness. My family on top of word of mouth from others is a powerful magnet, and since it takes an extremely hardworking person to attain such respect, I will not allow someone to mess that up because they are out with ill intentions. What matters are the outlets for my art, I wreak of passion, and it’s worth addressing if someone wants to disrupt the greatness set for ONE in Emilien.
XULA taught that us that the customer is not always right, and they will always operate in their own best interests. This specific customer operated in a way proving that he had ill intentions – and I have proof through messages how he was poisonous the entire process.
In short, the customer set up a meeting, I get there, they didn’t answer any calls, but later sent a text to waste my time saying that they forget and were headed out of town. When people are serious, their actions prove it. The customer and I already had exchanged information prior to through mutual parties, so one day a pair of shoes pops up randomly. With the tech of tracking numbers, the customer sent a text, and then he sent a picture of what he wanted the shoes to look like. Fine, so I told him the price, and I let him know that I’ll begin as soon as he sends his payment. Everything continues to go downhill from here. So numerous times he lied about sending money, so he then made his shoes not a priority to me, because I will not be bullied by bad business.
Finally, the money comes one random day then messages me saying that he needed the shoes a few days later. This customer again is trying to dictate how I need to operate, when in fact, other customers are now before him. This customer began to be more than a headache, because I redid the shoe more than once as can be seen by the photos, he began to take things online as if I stole his shoes, and sending threatening messages from emails, to social media, through other people, and various numbers. At the end of the day, only this customer knows why he did what he did, but I do know that he could’ve kept that snack money and wasted someone else’s time.
Maybe I was way too passionate about this issue because of the mutual party between the customer and I, or even that I already limited who I did orders for as I set up ONE in Emilien sufficiently – I’m not sure. Overall, anything I learned from my ARTrepreneur experiences, the process is to accept the growth, and level up from it. 😉 My point is that I am going to protect my passion, protect my brand, and give all of my customers special treatment while delivering products above their expectations, because my customers deserve consistency and the very best of ONE in Emilien from the very start of your ORDER.
